Head Coach Jake Goodship has been busy adding high-quality players to his squad for the Westfield W-League 2020/21 season.
A number of familiar faces are returning for another campaign in Brisbane while plenty of new names will enjoy their first campaign in the Sunshine State.
Recent signings have been headlined by the addition of three Westfield Matildas stars & favourite Roar daughters in Emily Gielnik, Tameka Yallop & Kim Carroll.
Foundation player & all-time leading goalscorer Yallop returns for yet another season in Brisbane orange while Gielnik & Carroll return following time away from the club. Two-time Championship winner Carroll returns after five seasons on the west coast with Perth Glory, while Gielnik heads home to Brisbane following stints at a number of European clubs, including German powerhouse Bayern Munich.
New Zealand international & 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup representative Olivia Chance has also signed on for her first Westfield W-League campaign following a lengthy career in the Northern Hemisphere.
They'll be joined by a host of young talent coming into the club for the first time. Teenage Perth Glory duo Morgan Aquino & Letiticia McKennna have made the trip cross-country for a fresh opportunity at the Club.
Experienced striker Rosie Sutton will make the transition to orange following stints at a number of Westfield W-League clubs, and most recently in the NPL Women's with Souths United & Eastern Suburbs FC.
The 2020/21 campaign will see the introduction of plenty of NPL Women's talent to the Westfield W-League. Golden boot leader Mariel Hecher earns her first crack the Westfield W-League, as does former Everton & Leeds player Billie Murphy and The Gap FC product Sharn Freier.
