Our A-League squad is venturing in to New South Wales this pre-season for a fixture against the Newcastle Jets in Coffs Harbour on Saturday, 12 December.
The fixture, to be held at C.ex Coffs International Stadium (kick-off TBC), will take place just over a fortnight away from the opening of the A-League 2020/21 campaign.
The Roar have played two pre-season fixtures so far, recording 1-0 and 9-1 victories over Eastern Suburbs FC and Magpies Crusaders respectively.
Brisbane Roar CEO David Pourre says the fixture is a terrific opportunity for both our A-League squad and our New South Wales-based supporters.
“We’re looking forward to travelling down to Coffs Harbour and putting on a spectacle for the local football community against the Jets,” Pourre said.
“Brisbane Roar has fans right across Australia and this will be a terrific opportunity for our supporters along the New South Wales Mid-North Coast to see their A-League idols in action.
“I’m sure it will be an entertaining encounter between the two sides on the eve of a new campaign.”
