The BRFC/NTC girls capped off a remarakble 2018 NPLW QLD campaign with a gripping 1-0 win against premiers The Gap FC in a tense Grand Final on Sunday afternoon.
It took until the 86th minute for the stalemate to be broken with Laini Freir providing the assist for twin sister Sharn in what proved to be the decisive strike.
The win was the icing on the cake of what proved to be a remarkable campaign for the BRFC/NTC side, who have now won an mind-boggling 16 of their last 17 matches. Congratulations to all the staff and players involved on a terrific achievement!
