Brisbane has covered its fans both home and away with the announcement of a deal between the club and two of the city-s best establishments.
The deal will give Brisbane-s fans an opportunity to support their team like never before.
“It-s the start of a new era for both Brisbane Roar and Hotel LA,” Mr Bensley said.
“We are pleased to be supporting the team and its fans for the upcoming season.”
The support will include food and drink specials for Brisbane Roar supporters, prizes and ticket giveaways.
On selected home games fans will also be able to meet Brisbane-s players post-match.
General Manager Arj Rupesinghe said the association with Brisbane Roar strengthened the pub-s already strong football ties.
“Pig & Whistle is well known as a football pub and it-s fantastic to be associated with Brisbane Roar as our local football team,” Mr Rupesinghe said.
“We are looking forward to hosting all football fans to watch what we all hope will be very successful away games.”
The agreement will also see the Pig & Whistle Riverside host two official Roar away game member functions on September 12 (Melbourne Victory) and November 14 (Melbourne Heart).
