The Hyundai A-League 2012 Grand Finals will go on sale on the following days:
• Exclusive Member on sale – Wednesday 11 April – 9am to 5pm (AEST)
• Football Family on sale – Thursday 12 April – 9am to Midnight (AEST)
• General Public on sale – Friday 13 April – 9am to Sunday 15 April 9m (AEST)
• Away Team Members – Monday 16 April – 9am to 9pm (AEST)
• General Public sales recommence – Tuesday 17 April – 9am (AEST)
Brisbane Roar Members have the option to purchase their same seat for the Grand Final in the exclusive member on sale period.
Plus, you can purchase additional tickets (up to 8 per member) in the exclusive member on sale and within the Football Family on sale period.

How do you purchase tickets?
Tickets for the Hyundai A-League 2012 Grand Final at Suncorp Stadium can be purchased via the following ways:

Reserved seat members will have the option to purchase their membership seat for the semi final.
BRISBANE ROAR MEMBERS WILL NEED TO QUOTE THEIR PAH TO MAKE A BOOKING.
To purchase your seat you will be required to provide your Brisbane Roar Primary Account Holder (PAH) number. If booking via the web you will be required to enter your PAH number into the password field of the Ticketek website. If booking via the phone please provide your PAH number to the operator. To purchase via ticketing outlets you will be required to present your membership card and quote your PAH number.
You can purchase tickets on behalf of other members by entering or quoting multiple PAH numbers at the time of booking. Please note if you are booking for a group and wanting to sit together in your same seats please ensure all PAH numbers are from consecutive seats. Each PAH number will allow you to book up to the number of seats held by your primary account holder. For example, if you hold a family membership your PAH number will allow you to purchase your 4 seats under that one PAH. If your primary account holder holds 6 seats across your membership they will be able to purchase your 6 seats.
We recommend that only one person from your membership group do the booking for your Finals Series tickets.
The booking process for the Grand Final is the same as it was for the first week of Finals Series ticketing for members.
If booking your same seat you will initially receive a receipt for your ticket purchase. You will then receive an ezyTicket (print at home ticket) via email from Ticketek within 24 hours of your purchase. Please ensure you provide Ticketek with your email address if booking via phone or at an outlet.
Unsold member seats will be released for the Football Family on sale.
Please be advised seating at Suncorp Stadium has been scaled differently for the 2012 Hyundai A-League Grand Final to previous Finals Series matches. Please check the map on the Ticketek website once available to see what category your seat is in.
General Admission members, 3 Game members and members not wishing to purchase their same seat will have the option of purchasing tickets (up to 8 per membership) on a next best available basis during the exclusive member on sale and will receive their tickets immediately regardless of the method of booking. You will still be required to enter your PAH to access tickets.
Members booking their same seat also have the option to purchase additional seats on a next best available basis (up to 8 per membership). Please note these additional seats will not be next to your membership seats and these additional tickets will need to be purchased in a separate transaction.
There is no ticket limit during the Football Family on sale.
