Former Westfield W-League Young Player of the Year award-winner Elise Kellond-Knight was a member of the Matildas team that won the AFC Women’s Asian Cup in 2010.
In 2011, the midfielder was named in the All Star team of the FIFA Women’s World Cup in Germany. The 24-year-old Gold Coast native has made over 50 appearances for the Roar and has also played in the Danish league with Fortuna Hjorring and the Japanese league with Iga Football Club.
