Brisbane Roar wishes to advise that the Club and Danny Kim have mutually agreed to terminate the midfielder’s contract, effective immediately.
Kim departs with the best wishes of everyone at the Roar as he embarks on a move to Asia.
“We are pleased for Danny that an exciting new opportunity has opened up for him,” said Brisbane Roar Head Coach Warren Moon.
“This is a move he could not turn down and we wish him the best of luck.”
Kim initially joined the Roar on loan from Lions FC during the latter stages of last season before returning on a permanent deal ahead of the current campaign.
He made eight A-League appearances across those two spells, debuting against Adelaide United in July 2020.
