Brisbane Roar Football Club is pleased to welcome Supacore as the club’s official compression partner for the upcoming season as part of the biggest compression deal in the Hyundai A-League.
Supacore will provide compression gear for matches, training, recovery and rehabilitation to the three-time Hyundai A-League Champions throughout the 2014/15 campaign, which will also include contesting the 2015 AFC Champions League against the best teams in Asia.
The partnership was launched at Supacore’s ‘The Cost of Injury in Sport’ event in Melbourne with Brisbane Roar Managing Director Sean Dobson and club captain Matt Smith.
“We’re very excited to be working with Supacore, an exciting, innovative brand with technologically advanced garments that will assist our Brisbane Roar players prepare and perform at their best,” Dobson said.
“Ahead of a season that will include lot of matches and travel, the quality of the compression apparel that our players use is of the utmost importance and we’re pleased to have the support of Supacore going into such an important year for the club.”
Supacore's innovative CORETECH technology improves core support and stability, allowing for the high-tech, durable garments to improve lymphatic and blood flow throughout muscle tissue for optimal recovery and improving muscle performance during training and matches.
The partnership extends to more than football with Supacore committing as a supporting partner of Brisbane Roar’s community engagement program, ONE GOAL Rewards and Supacore CEO Michel Abeysekera said he was looking forward to working closely with Brisbane Roar players and staff.

Supacore is also the compression partner of fellow Hyundai A-League club Adelaide United as well as 2012 AFL Premiers Sydney Swans.
