Brisbane Roar are already in midst of the holiday spirit, today starting their Christmas giving by presenting the Queensland Cerebral Palsy football team with tickets to the highly anticipated Boxing Day clash against Gold Coast United.

Following training at Ballymore this morning, coach Jay Larkins and three players were presented with the tickets by Brisbane players Matt McKay and Erik Paartalu.

The whole squad and support staff will be attendance at Suncorp Stadium and will also be playing the Optus Small Sided Football games at the half-time break.

The visit of the Queensland Cerebral Palsy team is just the first of a few community groups over the next few weeks who will receive presents from the Roar squad, including the Brisbane Big Issue street soccer team.
