In exciting news for Brisbane Roar it has been announced the new season of FOX8-s Football Superstar will be held in conjunction with the club.
Brisbane becomes the third Hyundai A-League club to take part in the highly successful reality TV show.
“This is a fantastic opportunity for the club and we’re extremely excited about the prospect of having Football Superstar at the club,” Brisbane Roar chief executive Peter McLennan said.
“This is both a tremendous opportunity for young footballers in Australia as well as a wonderful chance to gain greater exposure for the club.
“We look forward to welcoming the contestants to Brisbane and will watch their progress with interest.”
Trials for the show kick-off soon around the country with the ultimate goal to win a National Youth League contract with the club for the 2010/11 season.
