Besart Berisha has had a night to remember as he swooped all of Brisbane Roar-s Hyundai A-League awards at the club-s official end-of-season presentation dinner tonight.

The Albanian striker already knew of his Golden Boot award following his 21-goal haul throughout the season but also won the Players- Player of the Year and Members- Player of the Year awards before claiming the coveted Gary Wilkins Medal for Player of the Year.

After dinner attendees voted throughout the night, Bahraini defender Mohamed Adnan took the Fans’ Goal of the Year gong for his well-struck free-kick against Sydney FC in January.

Massimo Murdocca was also honoured on the night after he broke the record for most appearances for the club during the 2011/12 season – the foundation player is now up to 139 Hyundai A-League appearances in a Brisbane Roar jersey.

In the club-s Westfield W-League awards, inspirational midfielder Tameka Butt was named Player of the Year while Aivi Luik won the Players- Player of the Year award in a season where the team fell just short of Grand Final glory after losing the decider 4-2 to Canberra United.

With both players having secured overseas contracts for the Australian off-season with Boston Breakers in the United States and Denmark-s Brondby respectively, Butt’s award was accepted by her parents while Luik’s was accepted by coach Jeff Hopkins and captain Clare Polkinghorne.

James Donachie claimed the club-s National Youth League Player of the Year after consistently strong performances throughout the season under Head Coach John Sime.

In the off-field awards, community coach Lorna Dent was named Brisbane Roar-s Club Person of the Year award while event manager Bruce Stalder received an honourable mention after notching up more than 100 home games at his time with the club.
