Friday football fiesta at Suncorp Stadium

Ticket Pricing Update - BRFC Managing Director David Pourre

"As many of you would know, I re-entered the business a little under 3 weeks ago. It came to my attention today that a tiered ticket pricing structure had been put in place for this season by previous management.

"This decision has been vetoed immediately.

"The club and its owners are committed to providing a price structure that encourages growth of crowds and allows everyone to enjoy Brisbane Roar football. Any fan who has purchased at the higher tier price up until today will receive a call from Ticketek who will be refunding the difference between the Tiered price and our standard ticket prices.

"We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.

Yours in Football,

David Pourre

Both our Hyundai A-League and Westfield W-League sides are back at Suncorp Stadium this tonight and ready to get your weekend off to a bang!

It's the second of five double headers for season 2017/18 and we have two huge games in store.

Club Stalwart Tameka Butt will become the second women in Club history to play 100 Westfield W-League games as our Roar Women hunt back-to-back wins and the chance to take top spot on the ladder against Adelaide United.

Directly following that match, our Hyundai A-League side take the field in search of their first win of the season against the Ross McCormack-led Melbourne City.

One ticket gives you entry for BOTH GAMES! SECURE YOUR SEATS HERE.

Gates will open at 4pm on game day. Only the WESTERN GRANDSTAND will be open for the duration of the Westfield W-League match.

  • To attend both matches, you only need to purchase the one Hyundai A-League ticket via Ticketek. This ticket gives you access to both matches.
  • When you purchase your Hyundai A-League ticket you can select a seat in any available bay or the Family GA area – this seat designation however will only be relevant for the Hyundai A-League match. When gates open at 4pm, only the Western Grandstand will be open for the Westfield W-League match and the area will be General Admission non-reserved seating.
  • Once the Westfield W-League match concludes, all level 3 bays will be open – Members and ticketed fans can make their way to their reserved seat for the Hyundai A-League match.
  • We ask Members who are in the Western Stand to be patient with other fans who may be seated in or around their seats during the Westfield W-League match. Suncorp Stadium Staff along with Big Screen and Ground Announcer reminders will occur in-between matches to remind patrons to find their designated seats for the Hyundai A-League match.

Head to the South Plaza before the Hyundai A-League match for heaps of fun activities including Red Bull DJs & the chance to take on the two best FIFA players in Queensland as well as freestyle footballer Jed Hockin.

At the North Plaza, there will be a marquee and donation collection area for the Lady Cilento Hospital. You also have the chance to win a $100 gift card from Westfield inside the stadium before the Westfield W-League match.

Designated stadium buses will run at a high-frequency to Suncorp Stadium from the City, Carindale, Chermside, Eight Mile Plains and The Gap from 4:50pm until kick-off from the City and 6:30pm from all other stops. Returns services will then run until one hour after the conclusion of the Hyundai A-League match.

If you are travelling by train, Milton Station is a short walk across Milton Road to the venue for passengers on the Ipswich/Sunshine Coast and Springfield lines. For all other lines, it is a 1km walk from Roma Street Station.

From 3:00 pm if you have a pre-purchased game ticket or a stadium membership card you can travel free to and from Suncorp Stadium on all regular network-wide Brisbane City Council buses and Queensland Rail City Network trains (excludes Brisbane City Council ferries, the G: and Airtrain services).

**Free travel begins approximately 4 hours before and concludes 4 hours after the scheduled kick-off time of the Hyundai A-League match.**

  • During the Westfield W-League match, food and beverages will be available from Catering outlets on the Level 3 Western Concourse only.
  • Once the Westfield W-League match concludes other outlets will begin to open around the Stadium to cater for the Hyundai A-League match
