Nine more Brisbane Roar fixtures including a massive Easter Saturday home game have been locked in as part of today’s update to the A-League schedule.
Roar supporters now have two Moreton Daily Stadium matches to look forward to in April and a further two already confirmed for May following the release of the calendar for Matchweeks 15 to 21.
The Easter Saturday clash against Western Sydney Wanderers on Saturday, 3 April (6:05pm kick-off) will be part of back-to-back home games for the Roar, who host Western United in a Matchweek 14 fixture on Saturday, 27 March (4:05pm kick-off).
April’s other must-see home match pits the Roar against Perth Glory in an Anzac Day encounter on Sunday, 25 April (2:05pm kick-off).
The two Moreton Daily Stadium games confirmed for May in the latest update feature Wellington Phoenix (Saturday, 1 May) and Central Coast Mariners (Wednesday, 12 May) as opponents.
That all comes after this Sunday’s trip to face the Phoenix at McDonald Jones Stadium in Newcastle, with five further away outings also scheduled to take place over the next two months.
Warren Moon’s men are on the road on Friday 9 April against Macarthur FC, Friday 16 April against Western Sydney, Wednesday 28 April against Central Coast Mariners, Sunday 9 May against Melbourne City and Sunday 16 May against Adelaide United.
Tickets for the newly confirmed Roar home games will be on sale soon through the official ticket provider, Ticketek.
