  • Same seat renewals (no changes) - Sunday 30th April until Sunday 21st May
  • 2017/2018 full season renewal with changes - Monday 22nd May until Sunday 4th June
  • New membership plus 2016/2017 three game and supporter renewals - Monday 5th June

For the Hyundai A-League 2017/18 season at Suncorp Stadium, the 'Black' category section has been renamed and will be known as the 'Silver' category.

Any 2016/17 full season member who renews/joins before Friday, 9th June 2017 will get a free member cap!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.

Renewing/Purchasing a Membership:

How long do I have to renew my same seat?

  • To guarantee your same seat for the 2017/2018 season you have until Sunday 21st May to renew your same seat online or via calling the Brisbane Roar Membership Team on 1300 395 020.

What if I want to make changes to my membership?

  • If you want to make any changes to your membership i.e. change seat, add additional members you will be able to renew your membership from Monday 22nd May until Sunday 4th June.

It is recommended anyone who wants to make changes, do so by calling the membership team on 1300 395 020 or by filling out a membership form and emailing to membership@brisbaneroar.com.au

During this time, we will keep your seat/s available from the 2016/2017 should your changes requested not be available, and you wish to renew your same seat.

I had a three game or supporter membership, when can I renew?

  • All three game and supporter members will be able to purchase their membership from Monday 5th June.

I’m a new member, when can I purchase my membership?

  • All new members will be able to purchase their membership from Monday 5th June. This includes anyone who wants to purchase a supporter membership through to a full season membership.

Do you offer a payment plan?

  • Together with DebitSuccess, Brisbane Roar FC will be offering anyone who purchases a membership the option to pay using a 12-month payment plan.
  • The first instalment will be deducted on 12th May 2017 and will be taken on the 12th of every month with the final payment taken on 12th April 2018.
  • If you sign up after 12th May, the system will automatically deduct any amounts due prior. i.e. If you sign up on the 14th June, the system will automatically deduct your May and June payments.

How old is a junior member?

  • A junior must be 15 years or younger until 1st May 2018. Any child three (3) years or younger are permitted into Suncorp Stadium free of charge, but must sit on their parent/guardian’s lap.

What is a concession?

  • Current pension card (Aged, single parent, disability), Veteran Affairs and full-time students.
  • All concession members must have identification available for presentation upon entry into Suncorp Stadium on game days.

What payment options do you offer?

  • You can pay for your membership via credit card online, or alternatively you can fill out a membership form and enclose a cheque and send to; Brisbane Roar Membership Department. Locked Bag 10. Kelvin Grove QLD 4059

Can I sit with my friends?

  • Absolutely. To guarantee that you all sit together, we recommend you purchase all your memberships in the one transaction. This will guarantee that you and your friends/family seats will be allocated together and there will be no disappointments when you receive your membership cards.

What do I do if I’ve lost my membership card?

  • You will need to call the Brisbane Roar Membership team on 1300 395 020 or email membership@brisbaneroar.com.au . A $15 administration fee will apply for any lost membership card/s and will be charged each time a member card is lost and requires replacing.
  • Alternatively, you can log onto your member account and print out an ezy ticket for each home game to continue to gain access to Suncorp Stadium on game day.

What if I have already renewed and want to change my seats?

  • Subject to availability, yes you can. Any seating changes made after your membership card/s have been printed will, however, attract a $15 administration fee which will cover your replacement membership card/s.

I’ve purchased a membership as a gift, can I get a gift certificate?

  • Absolutely. The Brisbane Roar Membership are more than happy to provide you with a gift certificate should the membership you purchase be a gift for a friend or a loved one.
  • All you need to do is call the Membership Team on 1300 395 020 or email membership@brisbaneroar.com.au, and we will email you a gift certificate within two (2) business days of your request.

How do I receive my membership pack?

  • When purchasing your membership, you will have two options; pick up your membership pack (free of charge) or have your pack posted ($13.50)
  • We will notify all members towards the end of July when and where they can collect their membership packs from.

When will membership packs be ready?

  • All membership packs will be available for post/collection from mid-August.

What if I have a companion card?

  • If you have a companion card, you will need to call the Brisbane Roar Membership Team on 1300 395 020 to process your membership over the phone. You will also need to provide a copy of your companion card to the membership team.
